The Latest News
With the holidays upon us, it can get really stressful really quickly. I know that I'm feeling it. I don't really feel motivated to work, but I am getting things done.
One of the best things I ever did was when I started doing Dr. Alexander Loyd's Trilogy back in 2013. In 2014, Veterans Affairs diagnosed me with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and unspecified depression. I wasn't broken. Instead, I had been traumatized, and until I healed those feelings and emotions behind my traumas, I would continue to struggle in my life. Everything was hard.
Now I am discovering that there are effortless ways to live in life. When I healed those feelings and emotions behind my traumas, it freed up the energy to focus on those things I wanted out of life. I felt so much freedom. Love, joy, and peace began to become a regular way of life for me. I was, and am, happy. It became much easier to function and do the things that would help me accomplish my goals in life.
Is my life perfect? Of course not. I still have bad days. We all do. I have days I can't sleep. The tools I use make it easier to bounce back quickly and move forward.
You can use these tools too, and they're free. They will make you feel better. Isn't that what we all want, to feel good?
